Community front bumper for the PiCar-X, printed as-is. The exported STL is the reference mesh with six degenerate zero-volume sliver bodies removed and the part translated to the bed origin — geometry is otherwise untouched. Designer reports a snap fit in PLA; mount with plastic rivets or bolts. Non-commercial license, attribution required.

Cap brim overhangs forward (see side view render) — print standing with tree supports under brim and chin, or slice at 120 mm for a faster low-support print. Slicer infill keeps filament use modest despite solid volume.
